This policy explains how Sports Stats Page handles information through this website, its player questionnaire and the player-page services we manage. It covers information supplied by parents or guardians and technical information used to operate the service. Independently transferred player sites are also subject to their owner’s and hosting provider’s privacy practices.

Information we collect

When you complete the questionnaire, we receive parent or guardian contact details, order references, player display details, sports, teams, seasons, design preferences, domain choices, viewing preferences and the photos, statistics or media links you provide.

Purchases generate order, billing, subscription and transaction information through Wix and its payment providers. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords or editing PINs through the questionnaire.

Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs and information needed for security, troubleshooting, session management and checkout. Our Wix visitor integration stores session credentials in browser storage so the visitor session can continue.

How we use information

We use information to match orders to questionnaires; design and deliver player pages; provide editing access, support and requested hosting; administer billing, domains and renewals; communicate about orders; troubleshoot problems; prevent misuse; and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Player details and media supplied for a page are used to create and maintain that page. Submitting materials for your player page does not give permission to use your child’s identity or photos in our marketing. Separate permission is needed for that use.

Parent accounts and dashboard requests

When you create a Parent Dashboard account, Wix processes your login email, profile information and authentication credentials. Player project details, progress updates, page links, editing guidance and change requests are stored in Wix CMS. Project and request records are restricted to their creating member and authorized site administrators. We use these records to deliver your order, communicate progress and handle your requests. Do not share your account password or submit an editing PIN in a request.

Public pages and private viewing

If you choose public viewing, the information you include on the player page can be seen, copied or shared by visitors and may be indexed by search engines. Share only details you want others to see. Avoid home addresses, full birth dates, school schedules, location details and other sensitive information.

An editing PIN protects changes, not viewing. Separate viewing access protection must be configured for a private page. Previously shared copies or search-engine caches may remain outside our control after information is removed.

Children’s information

Purchasing, questionnaires and editing are intended for adult parents or guardians. Children under 18 years of age should not submit their own personal information through this website. Parents or guardians supply the player information and decide what appears on the page.

A parent or guardian may request access, corrections, removal of player content or a change in viewing settings. We may need to verify authority before acting. If you believe a child submitted information directly without appropriate permission, contact us through the privacy-request route below.

Service providers and disclosures

Wix provides hosting, forms, visitor-session services and checkout. Payment providers process payments; domain registrars and hosting providers process the information needed to register domains and provide hosting. Providers receive information necessary for their services and may process it under their own policies. Domain registration can involve registration-directory disclosures subject to the registrar’s privacy options.

Information may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to valid legal requests, protect rights and security, or complete a transfer you request. No sale of personal information or advertising-data sharing is implemented in this website’s source.

Cookies, browser storage and Google services

Wix services and checkout may use cookies or browser storage for essential functions such as sessions, security and purchases. Blocking these in your browser may affect forms or checkout. See Wix’s cookie information. You can clear cookies and site storage using your browser settings.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve the fonts, which exposes technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics, Google Ads and marketing pixels are not included in the current website source. If optional analytics or advertising is added, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before those tools collect information. External sites or highlight links you open have their own privacy and cookie practices.

Retention and security

Information is retained for the purposes described here, including providing the requested service, support and required transaction records. The appropriate retention period depends on the information, the service relationship and applicable legal obligations. A removal request may not cover records that must be kept for legal, accounting or dispute purposes, or provider backups that expire through their normal cycle.

Keep account credentials and editing PINs private. Access protection and provider security help protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may request access to your information, corrections, deletion, a stats export, a change to public viewing or an authorized site transfer. Other rights, such as restricting processing, objecting or withdrawing consent, may apply depending on your location. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. Some requests may affect our ability to provide the service.

For privacy requests, email help@sportsstatspage.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Include your parent contact email and order reference, if available, and describe the request. Do not send passwords, editing PINs, payment-card details or unnecessary child information. We may request information needed to verify your identity or parental authority.

You may also use the contact channel in your purchase correspondence. Where applicable, you may complain to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
